Department Collection
The Department Collection function is used when you have a grouping of departments representing a broader category. For example, the Department Category, “Party” can be made up of several departments including, Inflatables, Linens, Tables & Chairs, etc. In the Department Collection function, you can edit/add to existing department collections or create new collections.
The Department Collection function can be accessed from:
Store Center- Setup

Table Name. The Table Name grid provides a list of Department Collections. Select one to view what departments are grouped in that collection.
Create New. Select the Create New button to create a new Department Collection.
Department. The Department grid provides a list of all the departments grouped within a Department Collection.
Add Department. Select the Add Department button to add an additional department to the Collection.

Save. Select Save to save the modifications you made to the department collection form.
Cancel. Select Cancel to exit the department collection form.
