Time Cards Maintenance

time_sheet_clock_128_hotThe Time Cards Maintenance function is used to edit employee time cards. It allows you to add time cards for employees that did not clock in or out or to edit the times they clocked in or out.

The Time Cards Maintenance function can be accessed from:

Time Management Center- Maintenance

Employees. Type a range of employee IDs.

Dates. Select a generic range of dates in the Range box or a custom date range using the To and From boxes.

Work Codes. Type a range of work codes.

Work Types. Select which work types to view.

Refresh. Select the Refresh button when you have completed making your specifications.

Once the list has been displayed, double click one to add or edit a time card. Enter the required information then hit OK.
