Work Codes Maintenance
The Work Codes Maintenance function is used to edit work codes for clocking out.
The Work Codes Maintenance function can be accessed from:
Time Management Center- Maintenance

A list of current work codes will be provided within the function. You can edit any of the existing codes by simply clicking into the box you want to change and typing in the changes. You can edit the work type by selecting from the drop-down box.
Select Add Work Code to create a brand new work code. Enter an ID for the work code, select the work type and enter a description.
Select OK when you have completed making your changes.
