Overbooking
The Overbooking function is used to determine if you have enough quantity of a rental item available. It allows you to view overbooking conflicts.
The Overbooking function can be accessed from:
Contract Center- Contracts
SubRental Center- Reports

Date Range. You can select a Range of contract dates to search for using the Range drop-down box or by entering the earliest date you want to search through in the From box and the latest date you want to search through in the To box. You can use the drop-down box for the From and To boxes as well.
Select Use Delivery Dates if you want delivery dates to be used.
Departments. Select a specific product category by checking boxes in the Departments drop-down box. You can also automatically check all or none of the boxes by hitting the corresponding buttons.
Select Retail Items if you want retail items to be displayed.
Refresh. Hit the Refresh button when you are finished making your specifications.
Conflicting Contracts. This tab provides a list of all conflicting contracts within the selected date range and the details of these conflicts.
Availability Grid. This tab provides a grid display of what’s available each day in the selected date range. Highlighted items represent the items you are short on.
Publish. Select Preview if you wish to view your Overbooking list as it would appear if printed. Select Print if you wish to print a copy of your list. Select Excel if you wish to open your list in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
